Enhancing Team Strength and Innovation: Our Team Week in Bergen, Norway

In May 2024, we took a week as a whole team to focus on ourselves during our ‘kta Team Week’. We had a full program to learn from each other’s experiences and gain strength for the tasks ahead. In our multinational company, it is extremely important to look after each other and to utilize the potential of each individual in the best possible way. Among other things, we had the opportunity to visit the Norwegian Navy at their base and engage in dialogue with them. It is extremely important for us to continuously develop our products in line with the needs of the navy. The new global challenges also require an agile defence industry that can swiftly translate needs into technical solutions.
