Team Week 2025 in Kiel, Germany

This September, the entire kta team dedicated a full week to growth, alignment, and each other. Our Team Week brought together a packed program of team-building sessions, collaborative working formats, and shared experiences — designed to learn from one another and build momentum for the work ahead.

In a multinational company like ours, investing in the people behind the product is not optional. It is how we maintain the cohesion and individual potential that drives everything we do.

One of the week’s highlights was a visit to the German Navy at their base in Kiel — an opportunity to engage directly with the people who rely on our solutions. Staying close to our users’ operational reality is essential to building products that genuinely serve their needs. Having connected with the Norwegian Navy in the same spirit last year, this visit completed a valuable perspective across two key partners.
