Project Manager

We are now recruiting for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to shape the future of submarines with its product family of Combat Systems ORCCA.

You will:
– Bring a proactive, self-driven and collaborative personality
– Demonstrate a customer and sales-oriented mindset
– Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, and possess good communication skills
– Show intercultural competence
– Be willing to travel and spend a substantial amount of time at our customer location in Kiel, Germany

You bring:
– Project Management certification, e.g. IPMA education or similar
– Experience in managing complex systems and international teams
– A proactive, self-driven and collaborative personality
– Customer and sales-oriented behavior
– Excellent communication skills, including experience in moderating conflict
– Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
– Intercultural competence
– Affinity to submarine technology
– Hands-on mentality and the ability to navigate through complexity
– Willingness to travel and spend time with customers, partners, and end customers

– Design and deliver the future Combat System for the market leader in conventional submarines
